We want to feature lots of cool NDS work in the print story, and this form is going to be an easy way for us to collect the relevant assets. As you know, 300 DPI is what we need for print, so SVGs, high-resolution JPEGs, and working files like Illustrators are your friend.
You can submit a bunch of stuff in one form, or submit the form multiple times. Whatever is easiest.
